Fantastic reputable team, who were friendly, polite and very helpful, even going above and beyond after a very stressful morning. My only regret is not knowing they provided storage!! Paul and his team took so much of the stress out of moving. They were an efficient, professional, calm and problem solving team. They declined offers of hot drinks, preferring to push on, drinking from their own water bottles as it was a very very hot day. We were included in all decisions and our opinions sought on queries.
I haven't moved for a long time and am in my 70s so their calmness, kindness and efficiency was so appreciated.
I highly recommend this company for their efficiency and customer service.

Based in London myself, I needed to find a trustworthy removal firm near Stratford upon Avon to move my frail, elderly mother from her home of 55 years to a new place ten miles away. Paul and Leon did not charge a deposit, only asking for payment after they had completed the job, and were flexible with dates. They remained calm, courteous and professional at all times even through my impatience and concerns for my mother. The move took less time than we anticipated and there was no damage to anything. I also used them for a house clearance and received the same brilliant service. I do not usually recommend businesses however this business just has to be recognised for its great customer service.

These guys have moved us twice in the last year, and stored a lot of stuff for us during that time.
Every conversation has been positive and nothing was too much trouble for them, including a date change.
On both moving days they arrived on time and completed the job very efficiently and quickly.

OMG I am seriously blown away by the service these guys did for me. I was moving and I got in touch with Paul and his team. As you can imagine moving is stressful at the best of times but when you are disabled with limited mobility the stress is tenfold! Paul came round and discussed his services had a look at what I had to move which was quite considerable as I am a bit of a hoarder. He said he would supply all the boxes, crates, wardrobe boxes, tape, packing materials and manpower to move me. Not only that he said he would pack all our stuff for me so I wouldn't have to struggle to try and pack the various boxes on my own which would have taken me to Christmas... NEXT YEAR!. He also kindly offered me an unpacking service, too, so not only do I not have to worry about packing all my stuff away, he would also unpack my items into my desired location. I couldn't believe it in the space of a meeting Paul had taken all the stress and worry about the impending move and brushed it away in one cheery friendly sentence.“Don't you worry” was the line that will always stick with me-and I didn't have to. The moving day came and went and I never had to lift a finger. The team were lovely and friendly, efficient and bent over backwards to help accommodate my wishes. I couldn't have dreamt of a better service. I honestly didn't feel like a customer, I felt like a friend or one of the family they took so much care of myself and my items, not only packing them away but also loading them onto and back off the vans too. At the other end when the unpacking began the service was once again exceptional. I can be a little set in my ways and picky where things are placed, but the team worked with me and helped me every step of the way with a smile on their faces and a joke and a laugh. I am now in my new home surrounded by my things where I want them and the whole experience has been stress free. I was more than impressed with all that they did and would highly recommend these guys! In fact if you are thinking of moving, then don't hesitate give Paul and Leon a call. You won't regret it. A++++ Service all the way, from start to end.

Paul Leon and crew did a first rate job. The whole move executed exactly as planned. They are on time, well planned, efficient and can problem solve as they go based on years of experience. I also need quite a lot of disposal which they sorted. All in all I would recommend this company.

Paul and his efficient team took my belongings into their storage a year ago and it was kept dry and safe until today when he delivered it to my new house. Nothing was too much trouble. He took my piano to its new home in Redditch, arranged for someone to be able to take my white goods for some refugees from the storage in Timothys Bridge Road, and got rid of what I didn't want anymore, all at extremely reasonable cost. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paul and Leon to anyone enduring the stressful process of a house move; you can rest assured that the actual moving part will be stress free! Great job, thanks Paul and team!

My move went quickly and effortlessly. They turned up, cracked on with the job, made sure everything arrived in one piece and didn't leave until we all agreed it was a job well done, which was agreed straight away because it was a job well done. Thanks for the hard work.

We recently moved house on the 9th May, and hired Paul and Leons Removal Services. I would just like to say that I was very impressed with the whole service. They arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled time, and only took 1hr 40min to completely empty our 3 bedroom house into their 2 vans. The whole move was carried out in a very professional manner, all our belongings were well protected and free from damage, they were very polite throughout and nothing was too much trouble.
